Professionen sind im Entropia Universe Berufsfertigkeiten, die sich jeweils durch verschiedene Kombinationen von Skills ergeben.
Beispielsweise ist ein hohe Skill Electronics alleine nicht sonderlich aussagekräftig, wie gut jemand als Elektronikingeneur ist. Denn neben dem einen Skill spielen noch eine Reihe anderer eine ziemliche Rolle, unter anderem auch Engineering, Manufactoring Electronics und nicht zuletzt auch das Attribut Intelligence.
Man kann den Wert einer jeweiligen Profession recht leicht errechnen: Dazu addiert man den jeweiligen angegebenen Prozentwert von Attributen und Skills und teil das Ergebnis schließlich durch 100.
